Mage is strength coaching software for coaches who write individual programs. If you already tell coaches and gym owners what works, the partner program pays you for the referral, every month for a year.

How it works

01

Apply

Complete the self-serve sign-up form. We’ll send you the terms and your code.

02

Get your code and link

One unique code and one referral link. Both attribute signups to you.

03

Earn monthly

Commission on every subscription payment the referred account makes for 12 months.

What you earn

25% of the first 12 months

Commissions are recurring, not a one-off payment. They’re paid monthly, after the referred account’s 90-day refund window closes, so you’re never paid for an account that gets refunded. A coach’s first three billing months pay 25% of the discounted amount.

Gym

25% of subscription

25% of 12 payments

Coach

25% of subscription

25% of 12 payments

Minimum payout is $50, paid by bank transfer. Partners need an ABN before their first payout. Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations inside the 90-day window reverse the commission on that account.

WHO IT’S FOR

Refer the people this is built for

Mage fits coaches and gyms whose coaches write individual programs for athletes who train without them in the room. It doesn’t fit group-class-only models, access gyms, or gyms whose main need is billing or scheduling.

If you’d refer someone who doesn’t fit, don’t. A referral that churns in month two costs you trust, and we’d rather have a smaller partner base that sends the right people.

PARTNER GUIDANCE

How we work with partners

Partners create their own content, in their own voice. We don’t approve each post in advance. Content needs to stay on brand. Examples are below each rule.

Rule

On brand

Off brand

Use only approved claims. No income claims, guaranteed results, or “10x” promises.

“Built for coaches who write individual programs.”

On brand — “Built for coaches who write individual programs.”

“This app will 10x your client numbers.”

Off brand — “This app will 10x your client numbers.”

No absolute or competitor claims. Don’t say Mage is the only option or name competitors to put them down.

“The spreadsheet worked until about 20 clients. After that it was a second job.”

On brand — “The spreadsheet worked until about 20 clients. After that it was a second job.”

“Mage is the only coaching app worth using.”

Off brand — “Mage is the only coaching app worth using.”

Describe who it’s for accurately.

“Mage is for coaches who write individual programs, not group classes.”

On brand — “Mage is for coaches who write individual programs, not group classes.”

“Mage is great for group classes.”

Off brand — “Mage is great for group classes.”

No pressure. Describe the offer, don’t push people to sign up before they’re ready.

“Here’s what the 50% off covers, if you want to look at it.”

On brand — “Here’s what the 50% off covers, if you want to look at it.”

“Sign up today or you’ll miss out.”

Off brand — “Sign up today or you’ll miss out.”

Disclose the partnership in every post, caption, video, and DM.

“I’m a Mage partner, so disclosed: I earn if you sign up.”

On brand — “I’m a Mage partner, so disclosed: I earn if you sign up.”

A post or DM with no disclosure.

Off brand — A post or DM with no disclosure.

Personal outreach only. No mass DMs with the same link.

“Hey [name], saw your post on individual programming. Open to a quick look at how you run your roster?”

On brand — “Hey [name], saw your post on individual programming. Open to a quick look at how you run your roster?”

The same link sent to dozens of coaches.

Off brand — The same link sent to dozens of coaches.

If content falls outside the brand standard, we’ll let you know, and we may suspend your partnership. A suspended partner stops referring new accounts. Commission already earned is still paid out, and commission on accounts you’ve already referred continues.

Partners need an ABN before their first payout.

THE REFERRED ACCOUNT GETS

50% off for their first three billing months
