Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of Your Mage account and all associated Personal Data at any time.

Delete within the app: If You have the Mage app installed, You can delete Your account directly by going to Settings and selecting "Delete account." This will immediately begin the deletion process.

Request deletion here: If You no longer have the app installed, or prefer to make Your request this way, You can contact Us at themageapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account," using the email address associated with Your account. We will process Your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Deleting Your account will permanently remove Your profile information, training data, and any other Personal Data associated with Your account from Our systems. This action cannot be undone. Please note that We may need to retain certain information where We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so, consistent with Our Privacy Policy.
