Why no rest days?
There is no reason to put rest days in since someone’s calendar mostly determines when they can and can’t train. Each of these programs is designed to be completed in a week.
I don’t have access to this equipment
It would be a very long process to support all alternative options. We are looking to do an exercise swap guide in the future. But for now, think of the exercise and what it is intending. Is it a high bar squat for 8 reps? It is a heavy compound focused on the hypertrophy of the quads? Get as close as you can to that.
Do I have to do the days in this order?
You don’t have to do anything. But it is designed to be done in order for fatigue management.
Why only one week?
Well, that is the whole trick to the Mage app. Each of these programs has a progression model built into them. So depending on your input, each exercise progresses to your individual needs.
